Talent Acquisition is NOT HR ... It's Operations ...

Talent's job is to get them. HR's job is to keep them. 

Operations owns manpower, production, schedules, and growth. Yet in many companies, the department responsible for finding the workforce is buried under HR and left out of planning conversations.

That's backwards.

The companies winning the talent war treat Talent Acquisition as an operational strategy—not an HR function.
